On the opening day of the 134th  China Import and Export Fair, or Canton Fair, on Sunday, busines representatives of Hebei FIXDEX & Goodfix group Industrial Co Ltd was busy receiving inquiries from potential overseas buyers at the company’s exhibition booth Among them,Ma Chunxia the company’s general manager, personally engaged in conversations with the inquirers in fluent English and Arabic. When she met familiar American purchasers they gave each other a big hug and then entered into discussions and negotiation Founded in 2013 Goodfix boasts a young team. The majority of its key personnel are in their 20s and 30s and Ma herself was born in the 1980s. The young team has impressed the industry with their strong performance in the market. Just the second year after its inception,Goodfix won the quali-fication to attend Canton Fair.

because of its industrial strength During the three-year COVID-19 pandemic, the company still main-tained an annual growth rate of 30 percent to 40 percent in sales revenue despite the sluggish global market demand.At the ongoing Canton Fair, the company has joined the ranks of branded exhibitors.From starting from scratch to today, we have achieved the goals we expected and laid a solid foun-dation for our company’s future development”Ma said in confidence. She has set a goal for 2024 Starting from next year, we aim to double our sales year after year. Ma enjoys researching and delving into things related to her profession. After graduating from university as an engineering major in 2008 she went to work in the Middle East, primarily procuring fasteners for local businesses. During the procurement process, she found that many products on the market were unsuitable for practical applications.“For instance, if the customer’s installation methods or calcula-tions were incorrect, I needed to provide them with installation guidance and correct data If the customer’s tools failed to meet the required standards, I also had to provide them with the necessary tools. All this requires a systematic solution to ensure that the products can be used properly after installation” she said.Back then China was encouraging small and medium-sized enter prises to carve a niche by focusing on specialized,refined, characteristic and novel businesses.In response, Ma founded Goodfix and FIXDEX, which provides integrated industrial service solutions rather than just supply products. The new business model, which provides holistic solutions tailored to different application scenarios, has enabled the company to be better positioned for seizing market opportunities.She came to realize that for any trade, meticulousness in inseparable from in-depth learning and research.In the founding stage, Goodfix & FIXDEX received orders from European buyers, providing products in an original equipment manufacturer model.The European customers have high requirements for their products, which, in Ma’s eyes, provided a standard for her fledgling business, allowing the import ot advanced technology and management expertise from Europe and thus helping to make break throughs.That is a necessary path for an enterprise to take for transformation and upgrading. From an OEM supplier to a proprietary brand owner, which has gained a foothold in the international market, the young and vibrant company has been making great strides. Ma attributed the company’s success to its precise positioning and the management’s profound thinking on the company’s development stratcgies, as well as the innovative spirit and relentless efforts of its young workforce. In addition,the guidance and support from national policies have been instrumental in the company’s achievements.”We will go wherever the policies lead. That can never go wrong Ma said.It has been eight years since Goodfix  and FIXDEX began participating in Canton Fair While its history of attending the fair pales in comparison with more experienced Canton Fair participants, which have scores of years in attendance the event is the No1 trade show for the company Canton Fair not only helps businesses to explore in the international market and exchange information. but is an established branded fair widely recognized by overseas buyers, Ma said. “We have entered and are enhancing our presence in the Southeast Asian and European markets, and have started expanding into the American market this year” she said. “In response to the Belt and Road Initiative, we’re striving to develop more emerging markets. “Judging from the results of the previous Canton Fair session and the opening of the current session its effect has proved satisfactory! As a vibrant company, we look forward to leveraging the fair to get more buyers learning about our new products and services. and meanwhile, to keep ourselves abreast of the differentiated needs of global buyers, thus helping our company establish a unique brand advantage. Ma said she wishes to take the lead in the formulation of industrial standards,noting that standardization is key to an enterprise’s development.
