Black phosphate drywall screws 3.5×25mm for gypsum board Direct supply from manufacturers
Screw Drywall 3.5mm Finely Processed Drywall Screw Mark
1. Precautions for using Drywall screws hardware
Applicable environmental restrictions
→ Only suitable for dry indoor environments (such as living rooms and bedrooms).
→ Avoid using in humid areas such as bathrooms and kitchens (the black phosphate layer has weak anti-rust performance and is easy to rust).
Collated drywall screws matching keel type
→ Wooden keel: No pre-drilling is required, just use it directly.
→ Light steel keel: Use pointed self-tapping screws (ordinary black phosphate drywall screws may slip), or use an electric drill to pre-drill guide holes on the keel.
Electric drill operation specifications
→ Adjust the speed to medium and low speed (1500-2500 rpm) to prevent high-speed friction from burning the black phosphate layer.
→ Use a cross drill bit (PH2 specification) to ensure that it is fully embedded in the nail groove to avoid slipping.
black drywall screws penetration depth control
→ The black drywall screws head needs to sink 0.5-1mm into the surface of the gypsum board, and it cannot protrude or sink too deep (otherwise it will damage the paper surface).
→ It is recommended to use an electric drill clutch (adjust to mid-range torque) to stop automatically to prevent penetration.
Anti-rust treatment
→ After the hardware drywall screws head is sunk, it must be covered with anti-rust putty to isolate it from the air and prevent oxidation and rust.
