Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) L Shaped Anchor Bolts

Through a high-temperature metallurgical reaction, a composite coating—consisting of a zinc-iron alloy layer and a pure zinc layer—is formed on the steel surface; the zinc layer is metallurgically bonded to the base material, resulting in exceptionally strong adhesion.

Utilizing the principle of electrolysis at room temperature, zinc ions are deposited onto the surface of L-shaped anchor bolts from a zinc-salt solution, forming only a thin layer of pure zinc; the coating bonds to the substrate via physical adsorption, resulting in relatively weak adhesion.
