Elevator Screw Anchor Bolt | Under-Cut Expansion Anchor | Factory Direct Supply
Elevator Screw Anchor Bolt | Under-Cut Expansion Anchor | Factory Direct Supply
The main load-bearing components use 8.8/10.9 grade high-strength carbon steel Elevator Screw, with post-installed undercut mechanical anchors preferred for anchoring; 304/316 stainless steel is selected for humid/corrosive environments.
| Performance Class | Tensile Strength (MPa) | Yield Strength (MPa) | Applicable Scenarios |
| 4.6 grade | 400 | 240 | Non-load-bearing auxiliary connections (e.g., decorative parts) |
| 8.8 grade | 800 | 640 | Standard elevator traction machine, guide rails, and truss fixing |
| 10.9 grade | 1000 | 900 | High-speed elevators (>2 m/s), heavy loads, and high-frequency vibration scenarios. |
| 304 stainless steel | 520 | 205 | Non-load-bearing components for humid / coastal / corrosive environments |
| 316 stainless steel | 570 | 270 | Highly corrosive environments (chemical industry, coastal areas) |
High-Strength Bolts (Connecting Components)
Type: Hex head high-strength bolts, Torsional shear type high-strength bolts
Core applications: Traction machines, guide rails, elevator cars, counterweight frames, main load-bearing connections of trusses
Selection points: 8.8 grade suitable for conventional elevators; 10.9 grade for high-speed/heavy-duty/large-tonnage applications; matching nuts and washers of the same grade are required, and anti-loosening measures are necessary (double nuts/locking adhesive).
Undercut mechanical anchor bolt (post-installed anchoring system)
Core advantages: Mechanical locking mechanism, high tensile and shear strength, resistant to temperature and humidity, design life of ≥50 years, superior to ordinary expansion anchor bolts.
Applicable scenarios: Elevator foundations, post-anchoring of shaft structures, and fixing of elevator installation nodes, must comply with GB 50367.
Specification recommendations: Nominal diameter of load-bearing structure ≥M12, anchoring depth ≥60mm, on-site pull-out testing is required.
Standard bolts (non-load-bearing, auxiliary)
Grade: 4.6 grade (Q235 material)
Applications: Elevator decoration, non-load-bearing brackets, and fixing of lightweight accessories.
Stainless steel bolts (for corrosive environments)
Material: 304/316 Stainless Steel
Applications: Elevator shafts in damp areas, coastal projects, and corrosive environments.
